I suspect it's probably not this but given Sabro's and the Sabnocks' in general whole deal, I have to wonder if the Sabnock kids were literally forged out of magic and metal. Honestly, it would explain a lot. (And in later chapters we learn demons have multiple reproductive methods, including budding off asexually, so I doubt it's impossible for someone to create a kid that way.)
