Hi! I'm a baby witch. I wanted to ask, since I saw you made a post about moldavite... if I purchase a piece of jewelry with moldavite... if I stop wearing it on me, will it stop the affect? Or will it continue to work even if it's just in my home?
First recommendation - don’t buy moldavite if you haven’t already. The market is flooded with fake pieces and unless you have access to a VERY reliable dealer, what you get probably won’t be real moldavite. True moldavite is more expensive than you probably want to spend. (It’s more expensive than I want to spend and I have lots of rocks. I do have a tektite. Moldavite is a specific type of tektite but there are other tektites out there that you can purchase and experiment with in a decent price range.)
Now - if you have a moldavite and what it to stop “working”, I recommend wrapping it in cloth and tucking it into a jewelry box (or similar storage).
If you have a moldavite and want to work with it, keep in mind that it can’t do much of you don’t provide some real world follow through. Generally when people buy moldavite because they’re seeking change, they’re already heading in the direction of change so everything gets attributed to the moldavite. They forget they were part of the equation.
The “moldavite will put me on the right spiritual path” talk amuses me because somehow we assume that the right spiritual path is something gloriously different than who we are now. Me with moldavite might just be the same me as now minus the money I spent on moldavite.
