For Thymara fan casting, I'd looked through pictures of Adesuwa Aighewi and Laura Bekaert and loosely based her on a mix of them. Admittedly in an out of character state of undress, because I was trying to get down her slender physical frame.

If anyone can help, I'm trying to recall a Liveship detail.

When people want to communicate with Liveships but aren't at the figurehead, is there a particular location they touch? Any parts noted for being made of wizardwood, or can they simply interact with any part of the ship? And the voice of the ship can be heard right? I feel like Tarman could Skill words to Leftrin and communicate through dreams, but no spoken voice if no figurehead.

reading ‘Arrows of the queen’ by Mercedes Lackey since I love fantasy and identify as a horse girl. And because I keep seeing kickstarter ads for merch.

So far, MC Talia can join the ranks of traumatized children held back from what they want by an oppressive society along with literally every female Robin Hobb and Anne McCaffrey protagonist I’ve read except even more so (I haven’t read everything). They could form an army at this point and scare everyone into the ground
