Personality: Blunt and to the point, Legacy makes it clear that she is only invested in the well being of her tribe. She is slightly over-assured and has an inflated ego as a result. Legacy believes that her course of action is the best one. She tends to overstep her boundaries and has a hard time working in groups. Alone, she works intelligently and efficiently. Legacy's independence is both her strength and weakness.

Life Before Rulership: Unknown. She refuses to discuss much.

Interesting Quote: "You have to make sure you can live with your choices."

Why No Longer Ruler: Legacy stepped down after a long-winded explination of her secret hybrid blood, having breathed fire during a skirmish at the Rain/Mud border.

Least Favourite Fellow Ruler: Fire Lord Vulture

Unique Skill: She has great venom aim, is pretty good at fighting, and is surprisingly good at painting.

Personality: She's quite kind and tends to look before she leaps. She tries her best to act tough on front of the other tribes, especially the royalty. though sometimes her cover falls and she breaks.

Life Before Rulership: Really just a RainWing that was very close and loyal to now Ex-Queen Legacy.

Interesting Quote: "I will try my hardest to lead the RainWings to the best of my ability, and I only hope to lead at least half as well as Legacy did."

Why No Longer Ruler: In server canon, a 100 years have passed in between the old and new map. Raina had gotten challenged by an heir, and lost the challenge. She lived on elsewhere on Pyrrhia for the rest of her life.
