seriously??? like, you have virtually every other thing ever written about love for you and you decide to use something that was created to support this community at its lowest point in recent history. the orlando shooting was not about you. that sonnet is not about you. everything else already is, why do you have to take that as well?

Lazy days are not a thing happen often.  It’s not something Alexander does particularly well.  He tends to prefer moving around.  Or writing.  Or moving around while he’s writing.  Thankfully, its something John knows and accepts about him.  Today, though, he’s kept his promise, however.  They have been the definition of lazy, even ordering in.  Which isn’t entirely out of the norm, even though Alexander can cook (and often does, because it saves money).  Netflix has been running all day and John has even gotten him to pay attention to at least one movie.  He’s only wrinkled his nose once.  He considers that a bit of a win.  His ability to compromise at it’s finest.

The second the movie is over, though, he’s  moving.  Convincing John to take his shirt off.  It’s nothing sexual, not really.  Well, not entirely.  He could look at the man without clothes all day, every day, but that’s not what this is about.  It only takes him a few seconds to find what he needs in the bedroom and, soon enough, he back with his favorite calligraphy set.

“Just lay down and lay still, if you move, I’ll scratch you and that’s the last thing I want...”

When John is finally settled, he begins to carefully scrawl....

When he’s finally done, and ink covers his fingers, Alexander snaps a picture and immediately sends it so John can see.  “Whattya think, Jack?”
