Serial Killers (2004) - Episode 1 'On The Origin of Species'
This is a scene from 'Heart of Hearts', the in-show soap opera that they're making. Here, Dr. Harrington is holding his fake son Trevor after a car accident. Dr. Gilligan is checking the car over a bit and then goes and stands near Dr. Harrington and Trevor.
Not much happens in this scene other than showing that the writers followed through on their decision to kill 'Trevor' off the show to solve the casting issue.
Not really a funny scene other than the (intentionally cheesy) line delivery and the payoff of the scene prior to it with the writers celebrating deciding to kill Trevor off.
