Hi! I just started to watch Hemlock Grove. And I see a lot of a heartbreak in the tags. Should I watch season 3? And season 2? I like Peter and Roman and have seen some spoilers and mind not to watch something.

Before watching S3 I would totally tell you to keep watching it, but after watching it I don’t know what to say. I mean Season 2 was great and I was really excited about Season 3. Actually the beginning was okay but then it was just a disappointment after disappointment. At least for me it was, because I was so in love with Roman’s character and his friendship with Peter and the writers messed everything up. So if you keep watching it, don’t expect much about the finale.

Но тяжеловато простить чувака, который так легко убивает людей и использует тех, кто считал его другом. О, я прекрасно прочувствовала на себе это предательство Уорда. То, что казалось плохо прописанным было персонажем, что притворялся все время.

Ага.

И вот всё время проводят аналогии с Наташей, дескать, у неё в прошлом тоже руки по локоть в крови - и ничего. Но Наташа меня не предавала и нечужих мне персонажей не убивала хладнокровно.

Такая вот сила искусства :D

При таком хорошем развитии как отрицательного персонажа, будет слабостью сделать ему быстрое искупление. При всей его обсессивной привязанности к Скай он верит в Гидру и Гаррета. Хотя тут они могут пойти на выбивание жалости показывая его прошлое.

Угу, сейчас жахнут флэшбэком( 

С другой стороны его влюблённость в Скай показали именно как обсессивную, и это радует.

Неужели тут действительно всем по 15-ть? :D Я вижу, что такой вариант сработает. И рада, что его не ввели сценаристы первоначально, но все же оставить Уорда злодеем было бы круче.

Меня на выходных накрыло пониманием, что, если ЩИТ хочет хоть в каком-то виде возродиться, ему понадобятся агенты в Гидре. И вот только от этого я пришла к варианту с Уордом))

И - да, я бы тоже, наверное, предпочла, чтобы его до конца вели по тёмной стороне. Потому что историю предательства показали так, что я, зритель, лично чувствую себя преданной. (Agents of SHIELD is the reason why I have trust issues - это об этом :D ) И эмоциональная реакция у меня совсем не такая, как на чьё-то сколь угодно тёмное прошлое. Поэтому на эмоциональном уровне быстрое искупление, пусть даже ценой жизни, меня совсем не удовлетворит.

Вот я вариант Снейпа с первого момента как выяснилось, что Уорд на Гидру работает, предположила. И удивлена, что не увидела миллион теорий с этой идеей. Фандом ГП стареет?

Похоже) Или тумблер в среднем слишком молод, чтобы так живо воспринимать историю Снейпа :D

I totally read both parts in 2 days. I just couldn't stop. And it became better with next new chapter. You have so much love in the story and I was so happy to see the Hale family. And Laura and Henry! So adorable. But you have so much angst as well! Ch. 49 almost killed me. Thank you for such great work.
