Great Domaines Presents: David & Nadia Sadie & Rall Wines | Elpidios means ‘to have hope’, apparently, so does ‘Nadia’ and in Sesotho, Tshepang also means ‘to have hope’. I continue to @davidandnadia’s Elpidios - because what’s in a name? But also, what’s in a wine? Comprised of 44% Shiraz, 31% Carignan, 11% Grenache, 12% Cinsault and 2% Pinotage. This was a fantastic opportunity to focus on varietal focus.
