Loyalty is really everything. 25 yrs and going strong. White belt to Black belt 🖤🥋👊🏼. Spending the day catching-up, I was reminded the impact Ralph’s influence has had on my life. What he has given me is more than Jiu-Jitsu. The BJJ was a consequence of something much greater. Most of my views on combat sports really come from his philosophies. He made an academic kid a tough rock. I learned to have pride and respect for my martial arts lineage through his teachings. When you have such relationships, they essentially become extended family. Martial arts is a blessing. I am one of the lucky ones to have found something that I can be passionate about that has also improved my life. Find mentors in your journey that you can build long-term relationships and friendships with. It’s significant and meaningful. Hindsight will always prove that to us. A strong peer group will always bring out the best version of ourselves. #ralphgracie #loyalty #friendship #deltabjj - #regrann https://www.instagram.com/p/CD4nKhlpDpc/?igshid=hy1bb3hg4yj4
