Will we actually be able to kill the kids or are we gonna have to watch them no matter what?

You will have to watch them for a little bit, no matter what. Due to treaties with the fae, and the nature of your assignment, you cannot kill them without definitive proof that they are a danger. Your word might be enough for the Council, but killing the children without proof would spark a war with the tribe and possibly an even larger faction of fae.

As for the rest, you’re just going to have to wait and see.

What are niblings? If that's a mix of nephilim and siblings aren't the kids actually our niece/nephew since they're Ramiels kids, even though we're not related to Ramiel?

Nibling is the gender neutral term for a child of your sibling (i.e. niece/nephew). It’s not a combination of nephilim and sibling; Lyana talks to you about being an aunt/uncle/untie (or an additional mother/father/parent if you’re romantically interested in Ramiel), so they are generally viewed as your niblings, even though you aren’t related to Ramiel.
