What type of world does your oc Lennox live in?
The whole universe is still mostly in development but the basics of it are a world where humans and non human creatures live in harmony together (spoiler: there is little to no harmony)
Lennox himself works to keep the peace amongst everyone within kingdom borders. (glorified cop basically (he mainly does the paperwork), spoiler: he wont be a cop for long)
The main premise of his story starts when an angel falls and flips out, destroying everything in his path. The organization Lennox works at is called "the high order" which works directly under the kings orders and is divided into North, East, south and west, which each have four sub divisions. (Lennox leads the third sub division of the eastern squad).
This specific case is then worked on by the first sub division of the southern squad (happened south of the kingdom and its the highest ranking squad, as angels gone rogue count under high security risks for humanity as a whole) which includes lennox' father and older brother, who are also the main reason he joined the organization in the first place.
