expanding on what i was talking abt last nite i think 4 roxy n dave its easier to open up with each other than it would be for them to do it with rose/dirk respectively. not that rose n dirk would be bad at it or anything, but i think theres something about roxy&dave where they had such similar but opposite feelings of loneliness that makes it easier for them to connect with each other

rose and dirk dont have the visibly close relationship that roxy and dave have, but i think they understand each other on some level. after theyve gotten less awkward i think theyd probably have a better relationship, but not as emotionally connected

strilondes are all touch-starved but roxy and dave need the touch, hence why i drew them hugging (i imagine at least for PB dave he's comfortable finding roxy and hugging her cuz he knows she'll understand), whereas rose and dirk moreso just need someone to validate that theyre enough. i think thats why their relationship is so different from roxy and daves as well

roxy and dave are also, if im remembering right, slightly more comfortable being affectionate than the other two so i think thats also why they're eachothers go-to comfort. roxy makes dave feel secure and dave makes roxy feel like she isnt alone

I was feeling bad for not having drawn anything for tumblr in a while and realized "oh man i really need to start drawing more" until i looked through my gallery and saw that i had like, 6 unfinished wips

Playing through 2-4 again and i STILL dont get why Ryuunosuke was all like "Kazuma is so hostile to me now.. hes so cold.." when, at least at the start of things (aka pre-trial), he really wasnt?? He just wanted to face off against Ryuunosuke to see how far he'd come as a lawyer... tell me you miss your bf doting on you without telling me you miss your bf doting on you
