@ramenshacknyc is back! They have started offering their classic shoyu ramen kits and various types of noodles for pickup every Sunday from @shimamotonoodle in LIC. The classic shoyu kit include two portions of noodles, soup, chashu, menma, Chinese spinach, negi, and nori. The only thing missing was ajitama. The kit itself was very easy to prepare and tasted just as good as it did when Ramen Shack was open. Highly recommended! things to know:

go with smartphone device and/or low key significant other

must try all ramens and drink Japanese beers. menu will be expanding

seating limited. if u love lines, go at 7pm. if u hate them, go weekday after 10pm

slurp noodles, but no splatter. drink the soup please (maybe all of it)

first authentic style ramen in SF, so definitely worth trying out
