Homemade ramen!! Our ramen eggs we made were the best I’ve had! We need to work on our presentation of the eggs and the overall noodle flavor, but broth and egg *chef’s kiss* 🥚 = ❤️ #HomemadeRamen #RamenEggs #MagicalhoboForever #BadmojoEggs https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm18YdTLyUT/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
Fell in love with these eggs they put in the ramen at O’Ramen and decided to make some at home for homemade ramen tomorrow night. They’re gonna marinade for 24 hours! #eggs #rameneggs #ramenadventure #experimentalchef https://www.instagram.com/p/Bv4861mgKdfS6ZS1XAvMAMJ050OpwPtOlf-9FA0/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1fcy7hlb4k56x
Yea, yea I know there’s another heatwave coming next week, but I just want to make cold weather foods 🍜🙋🏻 #byesummer #ramen #rameneggs
When you are ready to eat the eggs, warm them up for 3 minutes in a pan. The first time, I placed them in a sukiyaki broth (we were having shabu shabu) for about 3 minutes. This time, I warmed them up in a mix of water, soy sauce and mirin. I prefer a simmer to a boil, but I can’t say which is best. A simmer of 3 minutes will have this result. YUMMY.
