it is also possible to breath in your nose and out your mouth. I can’t do it and it’s really hard, but some professional musicians do it. It’s useful for didgeridoo. (i also don’t play didgeridoo haha)

I've had to learn the "in through the nose, out through the mouth" breathing to control panic attacks

also breathing in through the lower lungs, then the upper lungs, which is weird

Keep at it. Maybe it’s just me, but I always feel less depressed if I stick to an early bird schedule. It’s really hard to resist the Internet late at night, but it works for me.

I do some squats every once in a while until all of my joints are done popping.

by the time I stand up and twist a bit to the left or right it's usually all out of me
