[RAMLAT] Pre-Prothean Statue Determined To Be Hoax
via Confederate News Broadcasting University of Ujon Exterior has determined that the statue recovered from a tin mine on Ramlat is of contemporary origins, dismissing claims and speculation of its pre-Prothean status. In their press release, professor Kahlik Irgrimvy who represents the xenoarchaological department of the university, explained results of their investigations and their conclusion. According to the professor, the statue itself was several decades old and had been deliberately damaged to make it appear aged. As for why the statue was placed in the tin mine, professor Irgrimvyr referred to her colleague G. R. Sah’vik from the Ujon Geological and Mining School. According to Sah’vik’s theory, the mine shaft had been re-sealed somewhere in the past three decades and records of the act had probably been lost in the chaos of the Reaper War. Clan Forsan’s representatives have declined to comment on the subject.
