Yo no sabía cómo llamar a aquello que sucedía entre nosotros, pero me gustaba. Me proporcionaba una sensación estúpida, frágil y agradable.
El hogar de Miss Peregrine para niños peculiares
Review #2: Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is a book about a boy who’s grandfather dies mysteriously and he sets on a small quest to find out a secret his grandfather tried telling him in his few seconds of life left. During the mini-quest, Jake stumbles upon Emma, a peculiar child, who tries to kill him as soon as they meet. He then learns more than he expected to.
This book was really descriptive and had good wording. The author had a vivid imagination towards illustrating this book. The characters and their ‘peculiarity’ seemed super realistic in a world like this.
I would recommend this book to fantasy and history lovers, such as myself. Also, to people who like a suspenseful and thrilling book. This book will have a sequel, and many people love a good sequel. Wouldn’t you agree?
