Absolutely in love with her - Kazutora
Kazutora probably met her for the first time after he came out of prison and was restarting his life from scratch. She saw him struggling to figure out the latest technology and decided to help him out without any judgement. When he told her that he was in prison for a decade, she did not get scared or disgusted. Instead, she continued to help him whenever he struggled with something, and her kindness stole his heart. He is someone with a lot of guilt and self-loathing, and finding someone who offered help instead of hatred naturally led him to fall for her hard.
Has a crush on her - Chifuyu, Kakucho
Chifuyu probably met her for the first time when they were both in a manga store and found out they had the same favourite author. They clicked immediately as they spoke, and her fun nature captured his heart. Though it was a very brief interaction and he did not see her again, the romantic shoujo manga lead in him harboured a crush for "the funny girl" for a very long time afterwards.
Kakucho probably met her while he was injured and she helped him reached the hospital. The gentle manner in which she held him up, and the way she stayed by his side as he got patched up made his heart flutter. But he never tried to find her again after the incident (even though his heart skipped beats at her thought) because he did not want to drag her into his world. So his crush remained unattained.
Has feelings but doesn't show it- Rindou, Inui
Rindou probably knew her because she was the popular girl from his school. He always thought she would be a bratty bitch based on her popularity, but when he saw her helping a guy with learning disabilities (whom everyone else either bullied or avoided), he realised she's actually a really good person. So he started hanging out around her and realised that she was popular because she was kind and friendly, as well as incredibly smart and funny. It didn't take long for him to realise that he's falling for her. But since he felt that she would never want to be with a delinquent like him, he never confessed to her.
Inui probably met her because she worked at the shop next to D&D Motors. She would often lend him a bottle of juice or water "for his hard work" whenever he dropped by her shop. She would also often spend time around the shop while he worked because she found his work cool. Inui liked her company even though they rarely spoke much, and soon he found himself looking forward to spending time with her. When he realised his usually stoic heart is melting for her, he became scared of losing her like he lost Akane, Shinichiro and Koko, as he fully believed everyone he loves gets taken away from him. So he doesn't confess, content to enjoy her company as long as it lasts.
Obsessed with her- Mikey
Mikey probably knew her because she was Emma's friend. Her calm but playful personality, combined with her inability to take shit from anyone, got him hooked. And when Mikey gets hooked, we all know he gets obsessed and possessive. That's exactly what happened here as well. He started thirdwheeling her and Emma's shopping trips or coffee runs, as well as asking Emma to bring her to Toman meetings just so he could hang out with her. He is pretty open and shameless about his obsession with her, so it's upto her how she deals with it.
Views her as just a friend- Mitsuya
Mitsuya probably got to know her because she moved into his apartment complex. He frequently saw her helping the neighbours, playing with the kids (including Luna and Mana) or reading a book at the nearby park alone. He once asked her if she's lonely, and found out that she enjoys spending time alone. They soon became friends and remained strictly so, because as much as he thinks she's a great person, Mitsuya could only see her as a younger sister figure he looks out for, or worse, he sometimes sees a reflection of himself.
Doesn't care enough- Ran, Koko
Ran probably knows her because she's an intern at one of Bonten's shell companies. He took one look at her and decided that she isn't his type. Kind, helpful and gentle girls are for Rindou. He needs a strong, mature woman who knows and embraces the underworld he rules, not some idealistic girl who believes in good deeds and the concept of justice.
Koko is obviously not interested in anyone who is not Akane. She was probably a regular at the library where he spent most of his time when he was raising money for Akane. She wanted to help him out when she found out the cause of his obsession with money (but in a legal way like donating). He was thankful for her kindness but thought she was stupid to think that much money could be raised through donations. Later, when Akane died and he stopped coming to the library, he forgot about her because she was irrelevant.
Hates her- Sanzu, Izana
Sanzu probably got to know her while he was stalking someone she knew. He liked her personality as long as it was only fun and playful. But when she sabotaged his attempt at killing her acquaintance with her quick thinking and awareness, he started hating her for the trouble she caused him. Now he is probably planning to kill her as well.
Izana probably met her at the orphanage. She called him out for treating Kakucho like a slave rather than a friend and an equal and he started despising her because he felt threatened and afraid Kakucho would leave him and go become friends with her since she is super nice to him and everyone else. He was relieved when Kakucho stayed by his side. But his hatred for her caused both of them to always be at odds until they left the place.
