Today was a huge #rananyway victory... it’s almost comical how many annoying historical health issues popped up over the past four days, some of which (like chilblains) I hadn’t experienced in years and directly affect the feet... basically I had several legit excuses to bail today but I ran anyway. The health issues weren’t severe enough to keep me away, and I knew I would have kicked myself for not picking up such an easy medal on such a short distance. It’s a nice medal! Glad I got it.
