i wonder if part of the reason folks who create "art" (be is visual, text, music, or whatever) using generative AI are so insistent and defensive of it being theirs has a big part to due with the IKEA effect

Alphonse Elric was a captain of Amestris naval ship.
One day, he and his crew captured a pirate ship, where they found a dragon egg, which then hatched and imprinted immediately on Alphonse.
Turned out, the dragon, whom Al named Edward in honour of his deceased older brother, was a Celestial, a species native to Xing and a part of the royal family. Edward was supposed to be a dragon companion to the Crown Prince of Xing before his egg was stolen, but Edward refused to be with anyone’s companion but Alphonse.
