I rewatched this great #kitbell scene recently and was reminded of the nano second that hugely amuses me. Watch Bell, stage left. I kinda want to write a fic based on it, but all I have so far is a rhyming couplet: “Apron for class, wipes hands on ass.”

Yup, another fic (I have a bit more time in the summer). Chapter 1 of 2 is up: I Can’t Ever Figure Out the State We’re In.

Summary: “Bell should be so lucky.” Kit and Bell at Conrad and Nic’s wedding, and beyond. There is dancing and a drunk Kit.

Safe to say it’s different from my usual and has a M rating to reflect that. I rate cautiously, but still …

I have loads of half-baked KitBell fic ideas; nothing close to starting writing. All I’ve come up with recently is this series of rhyming couplets, based on the 6x05 KB scene. Silly, but I’m posting anyway in case they brighten a moment for someone.

Randolph Returns

Kit returns home to a gorgeous smell

There’s food and music and best of all, Bell

Hello beautiful — I took two flights

They’re both so tired of lonely nights

KIt and Bell rush to warmly embrace

Together is their happy space

He’s wearing an apron, all clean and neat

Yet still wipes his hands on his personal seat

Randolph's been too long away

Here’s hoping that he’s back to stay
