I wonder... John doesn't seem to be doing much in the way of "He's got Mack trapped somewhere".... Like we're not seeing him leaving the cottage with random bits of food or water or anything so I'm wondering, does that Ben guy have Mack somewhere and is holding him waiting for John to decide what to do with him? I feel there has to be more of a reason to bring Ben back into it, and I'm guessing it's him that's going to accidentally be John's next victim (if that what the blind item from Metro was about)
