rosemary from the short random cartoons "kyle + rosemary"
GUYS!
I'm having a bad case of art block. I still owe @keepsleepinkoi (one of my friends) an art trade, but besides that, I wanna try drawing someone I've never drawn before.
Here are the options I've narrowed it down to:
CHARACTER OPTIONS
Kit (Gameoverse)
Jenny (MLaaTR)
Giovanni and Navarro (The Dangerous Duck Bros)
For context, here's what they all look like (respectively):
Whoever gets the most votes gets to be drawn... first (I might just draw them all; IDK)
Me? Draw a humanized version of an obscure character from an even more obscure show?? I would never!
I'm tired of many saying: "Fanboy and Chum Chum failed after being canceled with two seasons. Nickelodeon missed its opportunity with Cartoon Network's Adventure Time."
Nick selected FBCC much earlier (c. 2004) and gave it FOUR SEASONS (12–13 eps each, like many Frederator co-productions). It ran for less than five years (2009–2014). Networks count things differently.
The same goes for CN, except they chose to expand Adventure Time's lore in Season 5. Nick decided not to.
Adventure Time Pilot | Originally airing on Nickelodeon’s “Random! Cartoons”
TRIVIA: When Pendleton Ward was a student at CalArts he originally released Adventure Time to Nickelodeon. Many other storyboard artists from Adventure Time also created shorts for this show, including Adam Muto and Niki Yang. You can find them here.
TRIVIA: In this original short Finn was voiced by Zach Shada (WC) - Jeremy’s older brother. It wasn’t until Cartoon Network took the show that Jeremy filled the role.
Lincoln Peirce's comic strip "Big Nate" comes to Nickelodeon as an animated series in the future, but did you know he made a short for the network's Random! Cartoons series years ago called "Super John Doe Junior"? Here it is!
