Fun fact about The Fallen it's kinda like a shapsifter except it's appearance always has something wrong when trying to imitate others and that's because when it wants to look exactly like who it's trying to imitate it needs one very important thing which is the others entire body of skin when it has the others skin it will put it on and be able to look basically identical to the one it's trying to imitate and since things in The Trancescape can come into the real world...well you probably get it

Random Character Fact!

One thing I haven't had a chance to bring up in the story yet (but occasionally reference in flashbacks), is Gabriel used to almost always call Alex "daddy" or "papi". If not that, then "honey", "baby", "darling", ect, but mostly daddy.

Why? Because that's what Alex told him to call him when they first met. Alex is not shy about his kinks, and unsurprisingly, the 'daddy' kink is one of them.

Gabriel prefers to call him "papi", but Alex often urges him to say "daddy" especially in public, so everyone will know Gabriel is his.

And yes, people have mistaken Alex for Gabriel's actual father MANY times. You can imagine how much fun Alex had explaining that "No, he is not my son. That is my husband". Not even being sarcastic, he genuinely loved saying it.

This old man essentially being like 'yeah, I got myself a young baddie; move along'.

Cant sleep, so here's Gabriel when he was going through his "masculine" phase.

A few months after settling in, Gabriel decided to do something he was never allowed to do before- change his appearance. He basically just did everything he was forbidden to do as a sex worker; cut his hair short, pierce his ears, dress in comfortable masculine clothing, work out, grow facial hair, ect. He kept up this look for about a year before ultimately deciding it wasn't what he preferred (He liked being pretty). He would often pester Alex and ask him things like "Do you miss my old look, daddy?" "Do you still think I'm attractive?" "Are you happy with me?". This was one of the first signs Gabriel wasn't enjoying it.

Alex never seemed to mind Gabriel's new style, much to everyone surprise. He actually encouraged him to do whatever he liked. He just wanted his baby to be happy and comfortable. Despite the changes, he cooed and loved on him all the same.

Random fun fact!

When Gabriel first came to America, he barely spoke any English. Only a few common words and phrases. He had no interest learning the language, and why would he need to? Their home had everything he needed! Gabriel was fully content with being a stay-at-home spouse, but Alex continuously pushed him to learn, and would constantly check up on how his lessons were going. Sometimes he would force him to hold up conversations only in English- which he hated (lol). Eventually he got the hang of it, and even though he was mad at Alex at the time for forcing him to do it, he was grateful years later, as it came in handy when he had to interact with people from Theo's school.
