It was normalized to me. It wasn't shown as a weird thing. No one was yelling how awful they were at me when I was 7. Just people having fun. And surprisingly, hate is almoust always a learned behavior.

But I guess my cool aunt being one and my father owning a suit, could also be part of it.

Okay, so. We know what Chai's handwriting looks like, canonically, thanks to his Project Armstrong paperwork:

Very painstakingly-formed letters, lots of goofy dramatic flourishes, but still distinctly wobbly, with inconsistent angles on the vertical strokes. (It definitely supports the fandom theory that he had to re-learn to write with his left hand, a bit awkwardly, after he lost the use of his dominant right arm.)

And we have lots of samples of Peppermint's handwriting, from the journals scattered around the hideout and the note she left for Kale:

Simple, straightforward block printing. Pretty easy to read, though it goes a bit chickenscratch when she's taking notes in a hurry.

But I've spent way too much time looking at the assets for the hideout, and I find it extremely funny that at least one of the equations in her notebooks is written in what looks like Chai's handwriting. Check it out:

I know the real-life explanation is probably that it's random scribbles on a minor background prop, and Tango didn't bother to keep close track of which asset artist was writing what, but. It still amuses me to imagine Chai casually adding his own calculations to Peppermint's notes, like:

"Six plus six equals twelve, Peppermint. I can do the math, I'm not dumb..."

(Grabs her mission report book, scribbles down a random calculus equation from memory, solves it, and hands it back to her.)

"See?"

(Belatedly notices that everybody in the hideout is struck silent and staring at him in disbelief.)

"........ What? Like it's hard?"

Fish mers vs mammal mers

Fish mers have fish-like attributes (no shit Sherlock), like gills to breathe underwater and a lot of fins all over their body. Since they aren't mammals, they don't have a navel or breasts, and they hatch from eggs. Most of them have scales, except sharks, stingrays and other mers based on scaleless fish. They have very colorful hair that matches the colours of their animal body. Their ears are pointed and adorned with fins. There is a lot more variety in fish mers than in mammal mers ; in addition to all the regular fish species, there are octopi, seahorse, eel, stingray, shark, and even jellyfish mers. Aside from the gills and fins, their upper half is almost completely human-like ; it is covered only in skin and the pattern of their tail ends at the hips.

Mammal mers do not have gills, and their tails tend to be less flexible, yet tougher and more muscular. They don't have any scales, but some, like seal mers, are covered in fur. Their hair isn't very colourful, matching the grays and other neutral colours of their animal body, though there are some rare exceptions, like the amazon river dolphin. Whale mers can get impressively big, but they are exceedingly rare. Dolphin mers and the like do not have holes on their back to breathe like their animal counterparts, so they can only breathe through their mouth or nose. They all have round, finless ears, and the pattern of their animal body tends to continue on their human half, mostly on their back and arms.

Godbox AU x The Fallen AU: Two Monsters

My hand slipped, here's what happened as a result:

Godbox!4 and Fallen!4 have a little heart-to heart.

AKA Fallen!4 faces his demons, both literally and metaphorically.

This idea has been in my head for a while! I just thought that this interaction would be really interesting, because Godbox!4 would definitely have very complicated feelings about Fallen AU. Godbox!4 doesn't necessarily enjoy killing, and only does it if it's for his evil plans, or if he thinks it would be funny. (For example, he is more likely to enjoy dropping a piano on someone's head more than just stabbing someone like a commoner) He also gets a little sad when people die, because then there is no more fun to be had with them!

He is also always down for tormenting Godbox!3 and any other SMG3 for the matter, however he also hates betrayal, and knows exactly what it's like to be left for dead (even though that's a lie that the Entity twisted his mind to believe) He'll find himself sympathizing with Fallen!3's plight. So, in some twisted way, he would not like Fallen!4 and would be quite disgusted with him.

However, he would also have this sort of morbid fascination with Fallen!4 as well...

I also wanted to try out some new speech bubbles!

it’s time I reveal why I made this poll.

So basically I want to make an AU based off of “Alien Stage” and “To Be Hero X”. And in “To Be Hero X”, the characters have more powers the more ppl trust/like them. So I decided to implement that in the AU. So basically yall r voting on who’s gonna be the most powerful in the AU 👍
