short answer : yes they do! just not to the same degree as numen astral.

Don Thousand has one major physical difference, but I have a comic idea for how it happens and don't wish to spoil it. but it's on his face.

Yuma wears the ZEXAL MORPH 1 armor and under-suit, majority of time. (as depicted)

Eliphas' armor has a few differences too, he has a mask similar to no.39 (as depicted). His helmet also stretches up into horns with a disk in its center, like the biblical golden calf statue.
