My solarballs au is called “messenger au” and to sum it up, it’s about the sun being invited to an annual star gathering that he normally wouldn’t go to. He decides it been long enough since he’s seen his old friends but he forgot one thing..His planets have never been to one of these—Well they have but were too young to remember. Now they understand why, Sun was so hesitant on going to the special event. It’s dangerous and a huge wake up call. They’ll have to get along if they want to survive.
