Oookay just watched the recent 2 eps of Hazbin, and I ain't gonna tell this and that, but man. Lute ROCKS! I hope that she wouldn't get the Octavia treatment (being put in the super wrong and bad side though having good points) or die 'cause ngl she's one of the only characters who have smth interesting to give, and her breakdown feels like... quite real. I hate that Adam is still shown as a d!ck ofc I don't mean to make them a pairing, but idk. STILL ADAMLUTE is one of the only shippings with chemistry and weight to them. OFC you can enjoy anything, dudes, idc, why would you listen to some random 4ss rat, but still. But their chemistry is ROCKING. At least this make it watchable, yayyy.

Aaaand right now I'm kinda disappointed with Abel, he's kinda a nothing burger. Ofc my expectations are MY expectations and expect something groundbreaking or just interesting from this show is kinda pointless, but he is just a cutie patootie and nothing more. And again, daddy issues. And ofc Adam hated him and everyone else thought nothing of Adam... Man, they lost so much potential???? Bruh. I hope there would be something in the future but it definitely won't happen. Well, at least he's not a thin stick, thanks for that I guess???? I knew he would be a softie, but right now he gives off the "just a chill cute guy" vibe, that's it. We'll see???

Yeah, the finale SUCKED ASS if you ask me.

Well, I should point out the good first because ngl I kinda like Hazbin (I actually neutralized my full on hatred towards it but I still hate it) plus well, there are stuff that actually good (the main problem is ofc Viv but yeah). Season 2 has definitely better animation, not peak, not super good, but idk my eyes were kinda satisfied. The fighting became more consistent though still rough, characters feel more idk well put together???? And effects are cool actually. I like some concepts and ideas, like sir Pentious backstory (EXCEPT JACK THE RIPPER PART COME ON you could've made it random, but not taking the real event??? Especially if you're making it completely your own thing eugh), Abel has potential still, I love Adam and Lute here, music... is specific and likes to rush but sounds great. But overall the season is fcked so hard omfg. It's plot and charactes is just nothing. I get that the season's villain is Vox but Vox and Alastor aren't the only ones who exist PLUS the whole season is supposed to be about revolution, war is coming and stuff thing but the whole season feels like it's selling is VoxAl, VoxVal and other Vox related stuff which is eugh. And characters don't have time to shine like idk Abel or Lute. They are shunned by these fckers and some other shenanigans. They did NOTHING literally NOTHING. COME ON MAN WHAT THE FCK.

Okay, time for the finale rant: It sucked. They literally used the power of friendship sh!t and called it a day. Lucifer was so dumb it was ANNOYING. And Vox's crashout? Seriously? I saw it coming but it felt kinda off idk? Especially knowing who Vox is. Like don't get me wrong, it's KINDA logical and interesting but for the most part it's just Vox x Al fanservice. And his super form wasn't that good. He had a cool seraphim-like form in his backstory song why spider????? He is shark-themed make him a shark leviathan???? Or just stay with what you have and just add but more creepy vibes to it????? Man, what they are thinking there.

Abel and Lute part was SO little it annoyed me. I kinda brushed off the fact that Abel isn't a favorite by Adam but I see the potential but he only showed himself in the final act of the Raise your voice or whatever the friendship power song is called. And Lute???? She showed up, screamed, got scolded by Abel and left. Man, they aren't doing ANYTHING.

There are more things to ramble about, but I want to point out the Val and Angel part. First of all, I kinda liked that Val was helping NOT BECAUSE OH WOW HE IS GOOD but it's kinda in his character to play a good guy, so after I saw what he was saying on tv I kinda accept it BUT ofc it's still... eugh. Plus CHARLIE smiling when Val and Vel joined was... stupid. But the fact that Angel LEFT and Charlie didn't do anything and just was well we miss him(((( WHAT???? GIRL! YOU HAVE THE POWER TO FREE HIM OR AT LEAST TALK TO HIM PLUS YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WHY AREN'T YOU EVEN TRYING TO DO ANYTHING WITH VAL???? I swear if in the next season she would ummm... how to say it in English, oh, beat around the bush, and only in the finale ep she do smth but it would definitely be like here that that's all - I would genuinely crash out. This ""princess "" didn't do sh!t in the whole season AND EVEN IN THE FINALE, DIDN'T EVEN TALK TO VAL FOR 2 SECONSW AND JUST LET ANGEL GO???? GIRL

Don't get me started on Lucifer, he became Niffty 2.0 - does mostly nothing, says cute quirky stuff and looks uwuish. His sweater with ducks look is the worst thing I could ever imagine.

This season is terrible and the finale is even worse than the first one. They definitely didn't think through and they should've made it first season so the plot would be at least consistent idk. I guess the villain of the next season should be Lute??? I hope?????? Because who else??? If Val - it would be so sh!try knowing the topic of his character. Al? He isn't a villain he is just quirky annoying ass. Lilith? come on. Lute is at least worth watching because she is one of the few who has braincells. And is interesting in the whole.

OK, though the way Vox is handled in his backstory as idk Syndrome/Buddy situation when his idol said no to him and he began his evil arc (though ofc Syndrome is 100% better than Vox) and he is still edgy and annoying, I find him quite interesting (though I liked him long before the stuff unraveled). At least he brings something to the table and his winged form is cool. And yeah, I like me some charactes who are trying to control the crowd.

Buuuut, ofc he is still, like most of the cast, written badly. ESPECIALLY HIS CULT STUFF and the way he acts in his backstory. He felt more like a kid being rejected by his idol than an adult CULTIST who was rejected of his partnership. And ofc rejection can lead to something serious but their dynamic with Alastor is always so ugh... yk. And it makes it more like a romance drama, than something really intermediating (esp FCKING ep4, ugh...).

On top of that, again, he was A CULTIST in his previous life. And in the hell he was upset that Alastor of all people rejected him and he started his villain arc? What the hell. Vox isn't just a shy guy. He's a CULTIST. This rejection would've only make him to think outside of the box.(as he did I guess???) and not thinking about Alastor at all, only in the way of being interrupted by Al. (cultists are bad people and cults are bad, I'm not saying that they're good or cool, okay?)

And finally, stop portraying assholes like sillies or babies, Viv, just stop. People like these are two-faced and always hide their faces behind masks, but Vox's backstory didn't feel like it at all. Especially knowing Viv's interest in making assholes sorta uwuish, which ruins the character, ESPECIALLY if it's THE BACKSTORY. It just looks off and slapped on just so we could have something going on + for shippers to ship this fast-food ship-dynamic. Ugh.

I... I fcking hate Lucifer's portrayal in Hazbin. Before, I was sceptical but neutral. Now? I hate him.

He is OVERLY babyfied, even Stolas isn't so babyfied like he is. Lucifer is dressed in a big uwu pinkish sweater, is covered in ducks and acts like a teehee cute little silly guy... and THAT'S THE LUCIFER? THE FALLEN ANGEL? THE RULER OF HELL???

I get it when villains are played dumber on some occasions, like being cute or comfy and stuff, but Luci feels unnatural. He is made cutsy just so we can ignore most of the stuff of his lore and overall his character and focus only on the silly part. Goddamn it, Viv, can you stop making adult men who are in CHARGE into literal babies? Again, it CAN work, but in Lucifer's case he RADIATES fanservice and this uwu quirky depressed cute bean who tries his beeeest(((( AND HE IS A DWEEEAMER and not the SIN of PRIDE 'cause he has depwession and hates himself and also nobody understand his visions(((

Again. Playing villains sillier or do dumb stuff? It CAN WORK. But Lucifer is clearly made like that so that everyone could focus on THIS part and ignore other plotholes, mistakes and stuff.

Also, a character can be, again, silly and act cute n stuff, but also be serious and tough. When Lucifer acts tough and serious... I don't feel that. He doesn't feel dangerous or powerful. He feels weak and these cutie moment only make it worse 'cause he is so bleached that he looses his power when you look at him. And even Viv HERSELF put him at the TOP of hierarchy of HELL. WHY IN HELL (pun intended) HE CAN'T DO SH!T ABOUT VOX? HE DEFEATED ADAM (though Charlie should've done that), HE IS THE.FCKING.RULER.OF.HELL. I'm so FCKING lost, this is just ugh.
