May I ask Anti about his nightmare and attempt to comfort him?

You attempt to ask Anti about his nightmare but he curls up more and backs away. 

“You can’t help me, i-i... I can’t remember it...” He stares below him and grips his hands into fists. He looks frustrated and a little lost. But mostly angry.

Heyy guess what. I'm writing a whole story (not fanfic) and I'm adding as much whump as humanly possible. It's still in early stages but I hope to finish it sometime this summer. At latest like the end of this year. People are getting head trauma, stabbed, emergency improvised medical attention, knocked out, lots of emotional trauma and all that good stuff. And that's only the first like ten pages!!

Holy crap that bubblegum tears animation was amazing!!! I'm also attempting to try my hand at animation (lol rip me) and I was wonder what software and stuff you used to make that awesome vid. It's really clean and flows really nicely

First of all, thank you so much! I’m so glad people liked it the way they have! And second! That is so freaking exciting for you! I hope you love the entire process! (but yeah, prepare for pain)

I split the animation and editing process in 3 parts. I used TVPaint Animation 11 Pro to make the base animation, which was basically Wilford and Dark themselves with lineart and shadows included. Then it was a mix between Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro for the editing, compositing and extra special effects.

But a program doesn’t make the animation smooth and flowy! All it takes is just a lil extra love from you to make sure all the pieces are in the right place! HECK! I remember back in my Freshman year there weren’t enough Light Boxes to shoot our animations so some of us decided to animate our assignments using a phone, good lighting and some duck-tape and in the end it was as smooth as butter! 

(Freaking McGuiver the HECK out of the dorms~)

The programs I use are kinda expensive so don’t feel like in order to make smooth animation you need a fancy program! 

(Torrents and coupons do WONDERS for a broke animator tho *wink wonk*)

What makes a good animation is the dedication and the drive the animator is willing to put on the piece! It’s the love and care you put in every drawing and the insanity of being willing to go back and start over again if you see something doesn’t work almost 15 times. 

(Trust me, any animator out there will tell you how crazy we are to love what we do~)
