I need an author, I unfortunately do not have the patience to write, but the horrors persist (fic ideas with no way to realize them) and seeing your recent young Sherlock post gave me one I was hoping could inspire someone else to run with. In the hospital, when the surgeon is prepping Sherlock for surgery, and Cordelia and Mycroft are shuffled out. Somewhere between that and Sherlock waking, Silas finds him at the hospital, pays off the surgeon to tell his mother and brother that he died in surgery, and Silas takes off with Sherlock while he’s still knocked out. Can take it many a way from there but at its core James doesn’t believe for a second that Sherlock’s gone and follows the trail of the rushed cover up back to Sherlock to save him from Silas and whatever plans he has for him. On the way he has to rally the remaining Holmes’ out of their grief, bea and the henchmen adding strife to keep them from Silas’ trail, Sherlock injured and week at the mercy of Silas and his care for him, trying to figure out where he’s at, and the plot behind his fathers dealings, so much to work with emotional and physical whump, found family, complicated family, captivity, puzzles and clues and twists around every paragraph.
