Bahaha. This is perfect. 😂 What if that happened after Interference? Normally both Bucky and Alpine can sneak up on you, but you sense them near your door today and you have to tease them a little bit.
"Yeah, we're talking about getting another cat. Oh, my god! Someone is selling a Bengal kitten for $5,000! Purebred! Sooooo cute!" you purposely raise your voice as you look toward the open door. "I know it's steep for a kitten, but maybe Bucky can sell his bike. Worth it, right?"

"We are not selling my bike!" Bucky declares as he pokes his head around the corner.
"Meow!"
"Eavesdroppers!" you giggle, watching as Alpine leaps from Bucky's arms to dart away beside him.
"Abort! Abort!" your boyfriend teases the cat.
"I caught you!" you say proudly, pumping your fist in the air like you actually won a prize.
"Why would you offer up my bike before your car? I'm hurt, Smartie. I'm hurt," he yells back as you follow him to his room. "Gonna need some kisses before I forgive you."
"Forgive me?! You were eavesdropping!"
"It's a small apartment and your voice carries. Or do I need to bring you to bed and remind you of that?"
