When your body doesn't get food regularly (I shoot for every 3 hours) you body goes into starvation mode making it so that it becomes really good at storing everything. Hence if you eat with long periods in between (for 16 hours) your body is like OH SHIT NOMS IM GONNA SAVE DIS SHIT. So yeah. Hope it helps.

thanks, yeah this makes sense. also, after i eat, i directly go to bed instead of being active and all that so that doesn’t help either :P
