Doing the quest in which you meet Rania in SSO is very weird now because you find her literally next to Starshine Ranch. Not only would she have heard the commotion with the music and all, but also any wolves around there would’ve been far gone by its construction lmao

is anyone else having people like, just not show up in game? i’m talking npcs. some quests i can’t do bc the person i need to talk to like literally isn’t there. and i’m doing the quest with rania where you ask voters for signatures and over half the people i was supposed to ask WERE NOT THERE. even though some of the spots i *know* there used to be npcs there i’m so confused?????
