Ok I got told that ranked jerkmate (online competitive wanking) is a real thing and I was like surely not so I researched it. Turns out it’s not a real thing BUT jerkmate (it’s a cam sex worker site if you weren’t aware) got in on the memes and made a silly joke game. HOWEVER in the midst of researching I found this very funny and VERY well done satirical video (obviously CW for adult content):
