Don't get me wrong, I don't like the reboot at all,, but I was looking forward to possibly FINALLY seeing new fanfics, art, and content for it!! But I think it's just turned the fandom into this divided and angry mob constantly trying to make ppl feel bad for "liking the remake" or "liking the original" and stuff. Especially since I've seen people (including myself) get attacked online for liking the original. So it's having an opposite effect of what I hoped, and people are scared to post about it now 😭
If you like the original you're valid. If you like the remake you're also valid. If you like both or neither you're still valid. Like, can we please be friends and make some fire Ranma art collabs or something better with our time rather than biting each others' asses? 🙏
