Oh my god I just looked it up and it is.

I always find it surprising how much I enjoy this song.
Here's an awesome AMV of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei using Rap Bito's version of the opening to Zan Sayonara Zetsubou sensei, Ringo Mogire Biimu. Note that the beginning is based on the way several episodes in the series start, and the actual AMV/song doesn't start until about 0:50. But watch the AMV, it is amazing and showcases some of the series incredible art.
Just listen to this. Quite possibly my all time favorite arrangement/cover of this song. Also, Rap Bito is fucking awesome. I just wish it wasn't so short.
