The Family Dinner // Charles and co
It was that time of year again and despite the troubles filling his plate, Raphael dying, Anna turning, the small tension with Henry, the whole town on the brink of an all-out war, nothing would stop Charles Sinclair from having a traditional dinner with his family. He chose to invite a select few, including his children and the additional guests...like Gideon and Rebekah. He was particularly nervous about the later mainly because the confusion concerning why the latter was there. Bekah arrested his son and kept him in a jail cell for a whole month and, yet, there she would be, sitting with the family. Charles prepared the dinner, set the table, and dressed appropriately for the occasion. He was just fixing the table arrangements when the front door opened. “I hope you’re hungry.” He walked through the dining room and into the foyer, smiling as he spotted his son. “Ah, Raph, come on in.”
