Okay I sniffed a good many things at Sephora. I bought a duo-pack of DedCool (Taunt, Xtra Milk) which I’m a mad fool for doing because I bought the exact same dip before and decluttered and here I am. Buying it again. But I’ve been doing that lately. Ah well. Anyway, review time:
Opens strong with the jasmine and tuberose
A little screech-y on card
It is nice and I wouldn’t mind a wear test to see if it mellows on skin
REALLY nice, like much better than the original Bloom
The orange blossom really mellows out the scent and adds some creaminess to the sharpness
Same really nice jasmine and tuberose combo
Much sweeter (initial impression and continues to stay sweeter and more smooth)
Totally just wish listed this.

Clean Reserve Warm Cotton
Clean linen, like clean laundry fresh from the dryer
Would probably be a very nice office-appropriate scent; maaaaaybe a skin scent??
The notes on this are very interesting; def just added to my wish list. Ginger and aldehydes and aquatic notes and “floral notes” and pepper.
Wish I’d sprayed this on skin, actually.

Clean Reserve Sparkling Sugar
Smells super sugary sweet. Almost burnt sugar-y to my nose.
Makes my teeth hurt just smelling it
Can smell the vanilla through the amber and what I swear is musk
Notes claim bergamot, black currant, vanilla. I think the skin scent-ness of the fragrance was getting super lost in Sephora
Parfumo rates sillage as 5.6 so not the biggest projector which isn’t awful but def more office appropriate
Notes are musk, bergamot, amber. 100000% skin scent. Legit that is all it is.
Sillage is a 5.2 so not a huge projector either.
Could not actually smell in Sephora but I couldn’t smell Father Figure or Missing Person either and I am ride or die for MP these days soooooooo……
And that’s it. (I also tried The 7 Virtues Coconut Sin but other than a nose wrinkle I don’t actually remember my impressions cuz I didn’t write anything down that’s how unimpressed I was.)
Rapid reviews of a bunch of stuff. I was also able to pick up a Laneige lip mask in their summer (think it’s summer) release of matcha. I already grabbed the taro one so now I have the set. (I have a Laneige problem.)
I’ll probably spray Xtra Milk when I get home. It’s sold as a duo with Taunt because you’re supposed to be able to layer them. I’m … hm. I’m not great at layering. But we’ll see. I do actually enjoy DedCool as a brand so. I hope they work out.
