a number of ways, i think. mostly with small gestures that might actually mean a lot to the other person in the long run. she will listen to anything you have to say, tbh. not just when you need to vent or when you’re upset. but even about the most ‘’’’mundane’’’’’ things which she probs finds interesting on some kinda lvl. in return she will share her own thoughts with you. and that might not seem like a big deal but lbr we all know it is???? it means she trusts you and likes you.
it’s already established that her self-preservation protocols have been overridden due to her experiences but i still think it’s important to mention! i wanna think that she will follow her friends anywhere even if the situation is dangerous bc she’s grown attached to them and she loves them. (i’m totes excited for tlj bc i hear she’s gonna be with finn and i’m !!!! they’re gonna be so badass together!!!!!)
obviously she is very loyal to poe (they are the definition of ”we ride together we die together”) but she has quickly become loyal to rey as well. i need to rewatch tfa but there are at least 2 instances i can remember where she goes out of her way, all by herself, just to check up on her and to make sure she’s doing alright. like that’s so ???? lovely?????
it also doesn’t seem like it but bee-bee-ate does have her own little hobbies that she tends to keep to herself unless you’re friends. music is definitely a big one. she would looooooove to share that with ppl and have ppl share their own music tastes with her too. just.......... you know.......... it’s the small things sometimes!!!!!!
