BREAKING: Young Dolph In Critical Condition After Surgery; No Arrests Made.

Breaking:

Young Dolph was originally listed in stable condition following the shooting but has now been downgraded to critical condition after his operation.

According to authorities, Dolph was involved in an argument with three men outside the Loews Hollywood Hotel around 1 pm. The argument turned into a physical altercation which caused Dolph to be knocked to the ground. At that point, one of the men involved in the fight pulled out a gun and shot Dolph multiple times. All three men fled immediately afterward as Young Dolph staggered bleeding into the Shoe Palace sneaker store adjacent to the hotel.

The man who police think is the shooter fled in a Gold Escalade, which they found abandoned a block away. Police are searching for 2 black men and 1 Hispanic man they believe were involved in the fight. One man has been arrested but has not been confirmed as the shooter.

Young Dolph was involved in a shooting outside the Shoe Palace sneaker store at the Hollywood & Highland Center. Police officers were already in the area and quickly intervened to get Dolph an ambulance where he was rushed to the hospital. Dolph's injuries are reportedly non-life threatening and he's expected to pull through.

In February, Dolph was involved in another shooting during CIAA Weekend in Charlotte, NC. Dolph's SUV was shot at dozens of times before the attackers sped off. Luckily, his SUV was bulletproof and he was able to walk away unscathed.

In May, Blac Youngsta turned himself in for the shooting but maintained his innocence. ""I'm innocent...I ain't fired nothin', I don't know nothin'," Youngsta stated as he walked in to turn himself in. Dolph has since bailed out and has been pursuing his music career.

No arrests have been made at this time.

Rapper "Donky Cartel" Shot Killed In Mall Shooting

Daquan Antonio Westbrook, 18, a rapper who also goes by the name Donkey Cartel, was shot dead by an off-duty police office on Thursday  

Westbrook was part of a group of men who were involved in an altercation inside a mall store, which led to Westbrook pulling a gun out of his pants

When he left the store, off-duty police officer Thomas Ferguson told him to drop his weapon

Westbrook allegedly refused and then pointed his weapon at Ferguson, which resulted in him and possibly other officers opening fire

It is still unclear if Westbrook ever fired his gun

The armed gunman who was killed inside a crowded North Carolina mall on Christmas Eve has been identified as Daquan Antonio Westbrook, a rapper who also goes by the name Donkey Cartel.

Westbrook, 18, reportedly got into an argument with a group of men at a Journey's store inside the Northlake Mall in Charlotte, and stormed after them while pulling out a gun from inside his pants - a moment one shopper managed to get a photo of in the middle of the terrifying incident.

Once he left the store at least one off-duty officer, Thomas Ferguson, rushed to the scene and told him to drop his weapon.

When he allegedly refused to do so and then pointed his gun at Ferguson, he and possibly other officers on the scene opened fire, killing Westbrook.

It is still unclear if Westbrook ever fired his gun and how many officers opened fire on the teenager.

'Five guys started fighting, two of them ran out of the store when the third guy came out of the store he pulled out a gun,' eyewitness James Elliott told WBTV.

'Officer stepped up, said put your gun down, he turned around and opened fire.'

Emmanuel Daniels, who was inside Journey's when she heard the gunshots, described the tense environment inside the mall.

'I heard "get on the ground, stop, stop, move, move" and my Dad taught me to run. I started light jogging then I heard boom boom boom boom and I said, "Oh my gosh",' said Daniels.

'There were kids running and I am like where are your parents so I started pushing them inside the stores where I was running. I was trying to get to Dillard's [department store] to run out the mall.'
