Raqio talks a lot because they believe they need to explain things carefully for others to understand. When there's no conceptual communication available, and things must be conveyed verbally, too much information is lost.

I feel like Raqio would enjoy talking verbally if the listener is genuinely interested in what they have to say and are making an effort to understand ⸜( *ˊᵕˋ* )⸝
