In premise it is a cooking show centred around the kitchen of Rasta Mokko aka Solomon Jackson in the foothills of Jamaica's Blue Mountains... but in reality it is so much more than that. Canadian filmmaker (and ripppper) Matt Pancer's interactions with Rasta Mokko not only showcase countless Ital recipes, they also unearth some of the many natural skills acquired by Mokko from his time living in the bush in the 70's. 

The personalities of Matt and Rasta Mokko take an interesting concept and take it to the next level. Something basic like getting eggs will become an adventure and there are no shortages of surprises on Mokko's yard. Put this on your computer machine and pay attention, as you follow Matt, Mokko and the vibrant local characters as they eat, learn and laugh in beautiful Jamaica.
