Ingredients: 1 wheel of brie cheese. 1/2 cup raspberry preserves. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves. Crackers or bread for serving.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Place the brie wheel on a baking dish or parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread raspberry preserves over the top of the brie. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the raspberry preserves. Drizzle honey over the top. Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and gooey. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
