Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 cup water. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 cup fresh raspberries. 1/2 cup Nutella. Powdered sugar for dusting.
Instructions: In a blender, combine flour, eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter. Blend until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat. Grease with a little butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom of the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to lift and the crepe is golden brown on the bottom. Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side until golden brown. Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate. Spread a generous layer of Nutella on one half of the crepe, then add a handful of fresh raspberries on top. Fold the crepe in half to cover the filling, then fold it in half again to form a triangle. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling ingredients. Dust the crepes with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your delicious Raspberry Nutella Crepes!
