This was also another ref gathering dust that I finally got finished. Here we have the one "friend" Black Heart has growing up in the Brotherhood. Not exactly the best influence on him but Rat-Tooth is the only person Black Heart can sort of talk to.

Occupation: Brotherhood foot soldier. (albeit a bit higher in the hierarchy than Black Heart which would be a lot higher if he did not associate himself with him)
Family: Had abusive alcoholic parents that treated him badly, ran away as a small child when things got worse. Does not care what happens to them.

Friends: Considers Black Heart a "friend" won't admit it really. Otherwise he considers the other Brotherhood memebrs his "aquaintances"
Personality: If there is one metaphorical term to describe Rat-Tooth he would be the jerk with heart of gold (or a tsundere). Otherwise he holds insecurities that he hides by being quite abrasive. He only ever showed his more softer around Black Heart whom he sees as a little brother that he promised to begrudgingly protect and does have some respect for. He can come off as aloof or more of a grump depending on his mood. Considering how he has grown up he gives off the air of someone who is guarded with his emotions and hides it by being snarky and at times maybe a little mean but only to hide his vulnerability. His view in life is quite cynical (considering this is a dystopia the story is set in) and has no hope for his future other than hoping to live past 30.
Skills/Abilities: As a kahunore he has the same Aninergio powers that Black Heart has. Unlike Black Heart whose powers are actually powerful provided that he can control them Rat-Tooth has precise control but not as effective. He considers himself a fast runner and as a last resort he uses a dagger hidden in his boot as a last line of defense.
Info: Having more experience of being part of the Brotherhood he is Black Heart's only friend (a disgruntled older brother figure). After the death of their mentor Shade, due to a promise Rat-Tooth put up the mantle of the one to mentor the younger kahunore. Due to his upbringing with his parents and being part of the Brotherhood he thought himself not capable of being "good". Considering the things he has done in his life like drinking a lot of pick pocketing. He does not consider himself a good person, but he tries his darndest to be a better mentor for the younger kahunore. He does not exactly expect much for his life other than be a Brotherhood member and does not expect to live past 30 but he is hoping to. Before Shade's untimely death he did have hope of one day escaping the Brotherhood but ever since Shade's death he has become somewhat bitter his hopes dash. Now he just leaves the optimism to Black Heart. For now he just live out his days doing his duty as a Brotherhood member (while making sure Black Heart does not do anything stupid) he waits out just hoping things would change.
