Estra surrendered itself to the Malice on the off chance it could stay alive and save the little wizzrobe that inspired it to defect the first time....and instead it saved two. Sashendair, the younger one who it met in that blizzard two years ago, and Flake, the older one, who Estra couldn't let itself leave behind.
