Jake might ask you about them when you first start dating. When you express how insecure the scars make you, he will reassure you that he finds you beautiful no matter what.
Jake may seem confident to his core but he will open up to you about his own insecurities just to show you that he can relate to you.
He keeps that energy throughout your whole relationship. If you mention it at all he is absolutely going to cover your face with kisses and tell you he loves you no matter what.
If someone else were to ever say anything to you about it, he would probably fight them. You’re his most beloved, and he will not tolerate anyone being disrespectful to you no matter what.

Honestly Elwood wouldn’t even really notice.
Obviously he looks at you and he sees them, but it doesn’t register to him that it’s something you’d have any reason to feel insecure about.
He notices the effort you put into hiding your face from him sometimes, and he thinks it’s probably just a cute thing you do out of shyness.
When you finally talk to him about it, he’s just dumbfounded. He thinks you’re the most beautiful person in the world.
Elwood has never been very open with his feelings and he doesn’t exactly give compliments easily. However, once he realizes your insecurity he will make it a point to remind you of how beautiful he thinks you are.
