Hear me out... Omegas as leaders.
Maybe omegas don't usually take the lead when doing things but... What about the essence of changes? Don't you think that omegas would have a wide scope of ideas to think through, and therefore more to add?
I think that omegas would quietly lead with focus, calmness and love. Maybe they would act through and alpha, not being so keen on action, but the main ideas and organization could come from the structured, calm and rational mind of a mature, "equilibrated" omega, who carefully thinks things through and makes sure to include different perspectives. What do you think?
