okay, I feel like I'm losing my mind. Does anyone out there have a purple rattleback?
They look like this, curved one one side, flat on the other, and if you spin them, they spin well in one direction but if you spin them the other way, they slow down and start wobbling/rattling and turn around to spin the other way.
I had one when I was a kid, it was purple, and I cannot find it anywhere. I thought well, I can maybe go buy a replacement, but NOWHERE has purple ones. I've emailed the three places that have photos of purple ones in their listings, and have been told they don't actually.... have purple ones.
So. If anyone has a purple one of these things and thinks they might want to make a few bucks selling it to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
