Chateau Miranda - Celes, Belgium.
The sound of dripping water echoes against the broken pavement in a dark enclosed structure. It's dark, and only faint sources of light rays give illumination to the otherwise gloomy and abandoned basement. Somehow, and in some unexpected way, Chris found himself here. Stripped from his weapons and his electronic device. There's grunts of pain due to the hard sensations felt on the back of his head. The force was strong enough to knock him out for hours. He was attacked, and the last thing he would remember is his vision going blurry and hitting the floor in full force.
He questions the new environment in confusion. His blue eyes darting around the substructure for information. At first glance, it was dark. There was very little light to make any worthwhile observation. Chris moved about, stumbling along the way with small or moderate sized objects. They were bothersome to say the least, but the man took the time to examine whatever he could. He'd find worthless debris for the first couple of minutes. Nothing close to his feet would be of use, in turn, causing slight frustration. Nevertheless...
"What is that...a flashlight...?"
He would catch a flicking light from the corner of his eye. He was a very observant man, and even small things like this wouldn't go amiss. Giving half a spin to face the source, and move to pick it up. He got lucky, still working decently with a good smack.
Chris looks around, now with a beam of light to help in the first order of the day... finding out where the hell he is. So... His blue eyes catch sight of the walls. They had decades, filled with dust and spider webs as far as the eyes can see, but regardless the design itself was still apparent; European. Although he wasn't one to get into specifics, there was a vibe of French architecture all around him. He moves on now, flashlight in hand, looking for anything useful before bothering to find an exit. He's got no means of communication and he is weaponless. Nine times out of ten...there's always something out there...in the dark.
